For businesses in Switzerland
DocsAutomator creates your Swiss QR-bill straight from your data: the QR payment slip goes on the last page of every invoice, from Airtable, Google Sheets or any other data source. Before a document is created, we check every payment part against the Swiss QR-bill standard from SIX.
Included in every paid plan, at no extra cost.
Please pay with the QR payment slip on the last page.
Set it up once. After that, every invoice gets the QR payment slip.
In Settings, Add-ons, switch on Swiss QR-bill and enter your company's name, address and IBAN once.
In the automation, choose the currency, amount, reference and, if you like, the payer's address. We suggest matching fields.
Every document gets the payment part as an extra last A4 page. Your template needs no blank space for it.
The receipt and the payment part with the QR code that your customers scan in their banking app.
Your IBAN or QR-IBAN and your company address. You enter them once, for every automation.
The amount from your field, in CHF or EUR. Leave it empty and the payer enters the amount, for example for donations.
QR reference with a QR-IBAN, creditor reference (RF) or no reference. We calculate the check digits for you.
Free text of up to 140 characters, for example the invoice number. Your customer sees it in the banking app.
Your customer's name and address from your data. Without a mapping, the payer fills them in.
The payment part is in German, French, Italian or English, from the automation's language.
QR-bill not created: A QR reference needs a QR-IBAN. Add it in Settings, Add-ons, or choose another reference type.
The QR-bill reads the fields you map. Your template comes from Google Docs, Word or a PDF.
Do you also invoice customers in Germany? Switch on the e-invoice add-on as well. One PDF then carries both: the e-invoice data and the QR payment slip.
Try it with your own template and scan the QR code with your banking app.
Included in every paid plan, at no extra cost.
