DocsAutomator and DocuQueue are both hosted MCP servers that Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can use to fill a template and make a PDF. DocuQueue's tools stop at the download. Ours also read the record, send the document out for a signature or a one-click Acceptance, follow up with whoever hasn't answered, and save the signed copy back. Plans start at $19 a month billed yearly, with signing included.

It calls create_document with her record in Airtable, and DocsAutomator fills your Google Docs template from that record and emails Anna the quote. She clicks Accept, with nothing to draw and no account to make. The accepted PDF, with its certificate and audit trail, goes into the attachment field on her record. If she hasn't answered by Friday, your agent can nudge her with send_esign_reminder.
DocuQueue's MCP tools hand your agent a download link. Getting Anna's yes is back on you, or on another tool.
Set it up from Claude or ChatGPT. More on AI and agents, e-signatures and Acceptance.
With DocsAutomator you never paste a server address or a key into Claude or ChatGPT. Claude connects through its directory, and ChatGPT through our plugin. Cursor and VS Code have one-click install buttons. You sign in once and pick the workspace the agent may use. In about two minutes your agent can make a quote in your brand and send it to you for acceptance.
DocuQueue's server uses an API key, sent as a header or placed in the URL, or you can sign in. To add it to ChatGPT, you paste the key in as a header. You can also run it on your own machine from its npm package.
Every DocsAutomator plan includes the MCP server, e-signing, Acceptance and unlimited team members. A signed or accepted document counts as one document, however many people sign it. We don't have a free plan, but previews are unlimited and free, with no credit card.

DocuQueue's page comparing the two products says "DocsAutomator has no MCP server." We do, with 22 tools. DocuQueue's own MCP page lists us too.
The same page lists e-signatures at "$0.50 / signed doc." Signing and Acceptance are included in every plan, with no add-on and no fee per signature.

Before I discovered Docsautomator, generating reports from Airtable was a time-consuming task that drained both my time and energy. However, Docsautomator changed everything and made the process feel effortless.

As a botanical garden operator staffed by volunteers, DocsAutomator has revolutionized our document generation process. This powerful tool seamlessly integrates with our Airtable databases, allowing us to effortlessly create a wide range of docs!
I had a complex process with Airtable and Fillout I was trying to work out and an Airtable consultant told me about DocsAutomator as a much better alternative to Airtable's Page Designer for external documents. She also said Rupert was very helpful.
