Each document you create through DocsAutomator counts as one generated document. If you use e-signing, the signing request requires a document plus one request from your separate e-signing quota. For example: generating a contract and sending it for signature uses 1 document + 1 signing request.
What happens if I reach my monthly document limit?
ļø
You decide! Overage documents are optionalāyou can enable them if you want to keep generating beyond your limit (at your planās per-doc rate), or leave them off and simply wait until your quota resets. Youāre always in control.
Do unused documents roll over to the next month?
ļø
No, unused documents reset each billing cycle and donāt carry over. We recommend choosing a plan that fits your typical monthly usage.
How does e-signing work, and how is it billed?
ļø
E-signing is an optional add-on with its own separate quotaāit doesnāt use your document allowance. You can enable or cancel the e-signing add-on at any time, independently from your main plan.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
ļø
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Add-ons like e-signing can also be cancelled individually whenever you wantāno lock-in, full flexibility.
